Peter Virdee is a well-known philanthropist and humanitarian who has helped people all around the world. His recent trip to India led him to Pingalwara in Amritsar. Pingalwara is a homeless shelter in Amritsar, Punjab, in northern India. This is a shelter for the homeless, a beacon of hope for the destitute, a medical facility for the ill, and a safe haven for orphaned and abandoned children.
After visiting the location, Peter Virdee expressed his delight at seeing a place like this where a group of individuals is assisting unfortunate people without questioning their religion or caste. This is truly a place where every cent counts. "I frequently hear about this facility and have donated numerous times," Mr. Virdee continues, "but I never have time to travel by and visit the site myself."
Mr. Peter Virdee also encouraged his fellow NRIs to come here at least once in their lives. "I appeal that my friends and other NRIs come here and support their cause," he says. Seeing these folks assisting children and mothers is quite valuable. This is a must-see attraction in Punjab. If you're donating money to the Gurudwara and impoverished people, you should also consider donating to this organization."

He also highlighted how this journey was highly personal to him and had an emotional impact on him. He laments not being able to visit this location earlier. Mr. Peter Virdee has a strong trust in God and that everything happens for a purpose. His visit to Pingalwara is only possible because Waheguru (God) commands it. Only God can lead me along the path of generosity and mold me into the person I am today.
